Enforcement procedure

Contacting us by phone or visiting us in person

We provide a textphone service for people who can’t hear or speak on the phone. You can find out more about textphone on the Relay UK website.

Outside of lockdowns, our Manvers Street and Keynsham offices have audio induction loops. Contact us here if you need to arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter before your visit.
